Lie down on the ground with your chest in the downward direction. Support your body with feet and your forearms. Now hold down for 10 to 20 seconds in this position.
Lie down on the floor. Now stuck your lower body with floor. Raise your upper body slowly in such a way that it affects your core. Return back to the initial position.
3. Dead bug
Lie down on the floor. Keep your arms straight over your shoulders. Now bring your knees over your right knees such that it forms a 90-degree angle with your thighs. Simultaneously lower down your left arm. Slowly get back to the initial position. Repeat the same with opposite legs.
4. Dumbbell side bend
Stand straight and grab a dumbbell in your right hand. Keep your back straight. Now bend your waist towards the right side and hold it for a second. Now return to the starting position. Repeat the same process with the left hand.
5. Leg raise
Lie down on a flat bench or a floor with your legs straight. Now grab the sides of the bench with your hands for support. Slowly raise your leg upward until they are perpendicular to the ground. Pause for a second and Feel the tension in your lower abs. Now release down to the starting position with full control.
