Your training days depends on your workout program. If you are using one muscle a day workout then you must train for 5 to 6 days. I don’t think it will be an effective one for muscle building.
The most effective workout program is 4 to 5 days in which you target all your muscles with effective exercises. To build muscles
- Proper nutritional diet- You must consume a good nutritional diet with proper workout. Nutrition plays an important role in muscle building. It also helps in muscle recovery and building strength. So don’t miss this point.

- Proper rest- After a heavy intense workout give proper rest to your muscles which helps them recover. So give proper rest to your muscles of at least 2 days per week.
- Consume Pre-workout- Consuming pre-workout like creatine, BCAAs, etc boosts your workout. It also helps in muscle building and recovery.
